Return Policy
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must initiate a return request within 2 days of delivery. All return requests must be pre-approved by our support team.
- Once your return is approved, the product must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery.
- Customers must arrange shipping via India Post or a local courier, as we do not offer reverse pickups.
- An unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show all sides of the sealed parcel before opening.
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Items purchased under the OPENBOX category are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are only applicable for defective products.
- Customers must initiate an exchange request within 2 days of delivery, and ship the defective item within 7 days.
- Reverse shipping will be arranged from our end for exchange.
- Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will ship the replacement within 3-5 business days.
- Delivery of exchanged items typically occurs within 7–10 business days from the date of shipping.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not available or in the case of order cancellation.
- If your order has already been shipped and you wish to cancel it, you must reject the parcel upon delivery. Once we receive the returned package, we will refund the product amount.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 2–4 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
- The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
Delivery Disputes
- If your order status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the item, please report it within 2 days of the marked delivery date. We cannot assist with claims made beyond this period due to courier partner policies.
- Delivery notifications will be sent via Phone,Email, or WhatsApp by the courier partner.
Order Cancellation
- Illusionkart.com reserves the right to cancel orders under circumstances where fulfillment is not possible.
- In such cases, customers will be informed via email or phone, and a full refund will be processed.
- If a customer chooses to cancel after the item has been shipped, they must refuse delivery. A refund will be issued once the parcel is returned to us.
