Refund and Returns Policy

At illusionKart.com, we strive to ensure a magical shopping experience for our customers. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may return it within 5 days of delivery for a replacement. Returns must be pre-approved by our team.
  • An unboxing video of the parcel is required, the video should show all the sides before opening the parcel.
  • Products that are opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return.
  • Media items (Books, DVDs, CDs, Downloads, etc.) cannot be returned once they have been opened or downloaded.
  • Items purchased on OPENBOX are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.

How to Return a Damaged or Defective Product

  • If your item is damaged in transit, you must ship it back to us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Customers need to arrange shipping via Indian Post or a local courier as we do not offer reverse pickup services.
  • If the return is verified, we will replace the product with the same working version.
  • An unboxing video of the parcel is required, the video should show all the sides before opening the parcel.

Delivery Disputes

  • If your order status shows “Delivered” but you have not received it, please report the issue within 3 days of the incorrect delivery date. We cannot assist with false delivery claims beyond this period as the courier company policy.
  • You will receive delivery notifications via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp from the courier company.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • IllusionKart.com reserves the right to cancel orders under circumstances where we are unable to fulfill the order.
  • If an order is canceled, customers will be informed via email or phone, and any applicable refunds will be processed in a reasonable timeframe.
  • If your order has already been shipped and you wish to cancel it, you must reject the parcel upon delivery. Once we receive the returned package, we will refund the product amount.
  • Exchanges are only allowed for defective products and will be processed once the damaged item is received.
